Great localisation along the lake where crocodile can be seen. The owner was lovely and very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. They organise our safari trip and it was great thank you.

− Despite that the owner did everything that they could, the wifi did not work

Two night in Yala

− Hi, we have know left the property. Such a disappointment booking. For a 9.0 rated place on booking.com where you expect basic services ie clean rooms, beds, hot water and working en-suites - this resort disappoints in majority. Arrived as a family of 9, to be told there’s a problem with the Solar cable since previous day and likely to continue for the coming days, which meant no hot showers for our two night stay. Rooms were clean however the basic amenities disappointed. Plumbing in the hotel was awful, from poor toilet flushes to sink drains, to showers only dribbling water to the point your virtually unable to take a shower Leaky sink basin in one room (waster pipe, so it’s the dirt back out) No bed sheets covers for any rooms, when they did arrive on request, they had a pungent smell of smokers smoke, so had to be replaced - almost as if they weren’t there expecting us! Bath towels had to be requested for each room. We came late in the evening (torrential rain and cold) with children and elderly, the last thing we needed is all of the above. Ontop If they pre warned us about the lack of hot water out of courtesy we would have moved elsewhere. Staff were very nice and tried to help where they could. We decided to just take it on the chin and not dampen our trip and mark this experience as an exception to the wonderful places we have stayed in Sri Lanka. The safari organised was very good..the drivers were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.

Located directly front of the lake, you can enjoy the breeze from the balcony and chill. You can get both AC and Non AC rooms.

− We had a power cut and a water cut, can’t blame the property. They tried to fix it for us. Had some noises of men shouting which disturbed the sleeping.
