Exceptionally well presented property is extremely comfortable with great WiFi, and I can't fault the property at all

very light and airy, bed in room next to bathroom comfortable and single beds. Shower and bath was good. Host left a welcome pack, which was lovely. Had utensils, etc we needed.

− Got stressed the first part of our break as 4 men next door in 44 Trevithick, had music and tv quite loud, tv is on the adjoining wall, and base quite high, we couldnt hear our tv, they did turn it of not long after 11, but we could not relax, then again in the morning was the same. Lack of control of heating, weather wasn't great, so needed heating, but this was controlled by WiFi from the host externally, and was only on a few mornings for a few hours, so cold in the evenings. King size bed wasn't as comfortable.

Really lovely, comfortable and homely cottage.

Lovely house. Had everything we needed and more, if the dampness could be fixed, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! L

It’s lovely decorated, beautifully furnished. Had all we needed to feel like we were in a home from home. The beds were really comfy. Great location for exploring the Hayle beaches and the south of Cornwall. A lovely welcome hamper was left for us, handwritten welcome card, games and books for the children. Even a beautiful bunch of sun flowers.a really nice touch. We ran out of towels from so many beach days, just a message and this was resolved and clean towels were delivered to us the next morning. Can’t fault them at all for service.’thank you!

− On site there’s quite a few number of trees. This is of course beautiful and makes you feel as though you’re in a woodland however it seems that the trees aren’t letting the moisture escape the area so can feels quite wet and humid. and this may be the reason why the house felt quite damp and took a few days for clothing to dry out (even on a sunny day). I honestly am against cutting trees down however this site would benefit from having just a bit more sun light to get in, to be able to properly dry out. The guttering around is also full of leaves so the rain water just pours out. The house owner may find that even just a decent dehumidifier within the property could make all the difference. the dampness under the sink could really also benefit from being seen to as it’s smelly under the sink in the kitchen
