− It is above a shop and some takeaways so outside is a little noisy with the windows open as it was a hot day. Kitchen floor was sticky and bathroom wasn't the best but overall was decent for what we needed.

− No radiators on stairs and corridors that make it very cold especially when u wake up and have to walk to bathroom

7.0Location was spot on for a gig we were going to.
− There was only half a roll of toilet paper in the toilet. Not enough for 4 people. Shower cubicle was very small. Pin supplied to enter the property didn’t work . Had to phone for the correct on.
