We had an amazing stay, only one issue with the en-suite toilet flushing, which happened when people moved in upstairs.

− No back door to garden, only one exit through the front and felt if a fire, this was our only exit.
Had a great two days at this property, the locality was just the best for us & our dogs. Owner had excellent respons
9.0It was spacious, clean, well equipped with quality towels in all of the bedrooms, all cleaning products were in the kitchen if needed. Hand soap And shower gel in all of the bathrooms . Coffee /tea stocked in the kitchen. Great for the dogs . There isnt garden but understood the layout when we arrived, this is not an issue as it’s a 1 minute walk to the beach & a park. A very convenient location for sure. Would definitely visit again!
− There isn’t anything I disliked. A few improvements would be great and that’s some of the shower rooms and sinks grouting to make it look fresher, pls note this is my personal preference. One of the lounge areas, sofas just need steam & cushions, probably where other dogs have jumped on it.
Clean modern large house in fantastic location which was a pleasant surprise.
8.0Lovely house, brilliant location, loved that every room had its own bathroom.
− Unfortunately we did not have hot water on the day that we were leaving (we only stayed one night). This got resolved but too late for us to have showers. We were compensated which i appreciate. It would have been nice to have had a phone call in response though on the morning rather than waiting for messages.

− Advertised as having on site parking but this was not available. There was free on street parking but no spaces were available near the property.
A pleasant stay in a well equipped property
9.0Great for a family as there were four bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The location very close to Gorleston seafront also suited us well. Friendly communication from the host.
− The property has been renovated to be functional for the rental market, but clearly on a budget, so fixture and fittings are showing signs of wear.
