9.0Wonderful location, minutes from both the old town and the beach. The high floor reduced the noise from cafes/bars so quiet with the doors closed. Great outside space, with beautiful sunsets.

10.0De locatie was enorm goed ! 1 minuut van strand en 1 minuut van oude centrum met zijn winkeltjes en restaurantjes en leuke straatjes. Het appartement was kraaknet en mooi ingericht . Grote terras

Appart très bien situé et qui est neuf avec de bon produit dommage pour la propreté...
8.0L'emplacement très bien en centre ville ainsi que le parking très apréciable. Appartement très bien avec de bon produit. Belle terrasse aussi. Etat général très bien.
− L’appartement était très bien pour deux personnes, mais le manque d’entretien et de soin apporté à celui-ci est vraiment dommage. La terrasse est très agréable, cependant elle manque également d’entretien : le canapé était sale et taché, le tapis n’était pas propre, et les coussins des chaises présentaient des taches visibles (photos à l’appui). Par ailleurs, il n’y avait pas d’aspirateur à disposition pour faire le ménage, et l’état du balai ne donnait même pas envie de l’utiliser dans l’appartement. Dommage aussi comme la plage c'est du sable noir et la plage ets très grand emais pas propre non plus on devrait mettre à disposition des chaises et un parasol.. Dernier point les cousins du lit trop plat et petit ... le confort moyen sur la literie on s'enfonce un peu tout de même... malgrès la photo.
