1.0We didn't end up staying here. The rooms were not up to standard, and the rates were priced ridiculously high compared to what they normally charge. Based on what we saw, we didn't feel the accommodation offered value for money, so we decided not to proceed with our stay.
− What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of communication. They didn't respond to any of our messages or phone calls leading up to our stay, and when we decided not to stay, they refused to offer any refund or even a partial refund. Overall, it was a very poor customer experience, and unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend staying here.

− Beds were like sleeping on a bed base.. 1 thin blanket and no additional/spare. Shower grout and silicone was mouldy.
