5.0It smelt nice when we went in
− I had to hoover the furniture had loads of dog hair and found cob webs in kitchen/dining room tv had channels missing and freezing at times loads of limescale on taps caravan needed some TLC no ironing board some of the wall in bedroom was peeling needs extra pillows no bath mat didn't see any staff asked for a map as I couldn't find the one you sent it wasn't happy you said you sent one with my form which disappeared when I finally figured out how to send it to the McNevin Family

− Very comfortable and a quiet part of the site. We took our own bedding and towels so cannot comment on the hiring of things but the van was lovely.
Great location, caravan needs work and a deep clean
1.0− Constant communication with the owners as we had no hot water on a daily basis which is unacceptable. I contacted the owner about broken blinds, bathroom stinks of a mixture of damp and poo which makes the whole caravan smell. Guest toilet was constantly running. Both oil filled radiators weren't working at all and I had to buy cheap blankets to put over the blinds so the kids could sleep. The place needs work and a deep clean
