Location fabulous and perfect in London but apartment amenities were not as advertised.
2.0Location battersea is amazing.
− We were promised a pool, but we were not allowed to use it… we had friends staying across in bloom east who explained us rules on weekends and the only reason we paid such a premium price was for a pool with the kids. And we didn’t get it… should have stayed at a hotel at least we can use the pool.

− Wasn’t able to check in for the 1st 2 days of the booking and the property refused to extend my booking despite not being able to check in It’s a 2 bed not a 3 bed so they falsely advertised the property!
