5.0Decent walk to the beach. Screened in porch.
− Decking was in poor shape. Nails were missing and sticking out. Windows had water damage and mold. Smells old and musty as soon as you walk in the door. Furniture was very outdated, headboards/beds needs repaired. Needs a lot of updating. Yard was unkept and trash was everywhere. Basket ball hoop was too close to road and needs net. Too dangerous for kids to play being so close to road. Grill was chained under deck, therefore was too dangerous to use. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest in shower or tub, so big soaking tub was essentially unusable. Only having one shower inside was challenging for a 4 bedroom house.
