Beautiful apartment

Great location for golf and exploring the area around without having to go near the coast or massively busy areas. Easy access to Malaga and Marbella as well as the beautiful villages of Mijas Pueblo and Benalmadina old town all within 20-40 minutes drive. (we don’t play golf but it has amazing views over the course and to the mountains for sunsets) Elevated position but level with the u dragons Carpark area so easy to drive into covered underground secure parking and only a few meters walk to the apartment. Good large size inside so lots of space for 4 people with seating inside outside in the shade and also outside on the private grass area with sun loungers. Great WiFi and smart television. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and there’s also a separate shower room. Washing machine handy and everything dries on the line in no time with the heat. Swimming pool area very relaxed and quiet. Great views over the mountain from the pool area also. Restaurant bar area at golf club house just up the hill and easily walking distance for meals or drinks.

Access to the apartment through the underground parking was easy and convenient. Inside, the apartment had everything needed for an independent stay, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were communicative and helpful in resolving the issues that arose.

− The listing photos do not fully reflect the actual view from the apartment, which faces greenhouses and a rather neglected surrounding area. The apartment is on the lower-ground floor, and the terrace faces northwest, so during spring the apartment feels quite cool and the terrace is often windy. There was also a noticeable damp and musty smell inside, especially in the auxiliary rooms before the apartment had been aired out. The shared pool did not appear to be regularly maintained during our stay, as there were leaves and debris in water. In addition, facade repair works were taking place during our visit, the terrace glass panels were covered, and because of the dust we were not really able to use the terrace at all. We understand that this is temporary and not the fault of the apartment owners; however, we feel guests should be informed in advance about any ongoing construction or repair works. All in all, this is not really a place for a relaxing stay if you plan to spend most of your time at the property. It is better suited for overnight stays and breakfast before heading out to explore the area for the rest of the day.

The property was spotless, modern and comfortable. Lovely place with beautiful views. Lots of equipment in the kitchen. The check in and check out was smooth and information provided was fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

− The only thing for us was bed and pillows were too soft. We didn’t use the pool due to it being too cold, time of year and didn’t feel heated. But looked lovely and would be great in summer. The terraces were lovely but didn’t get any sun, but may just be time of year with sun too low.
