The apartment overall was quite clean and comfortable.. every thing was taken care of..

− The entrance of the apartment is at the backside, which is a thin lane, with NO views!

Great clean flat with good service from the company. We had everything we needed.

− Difficult to get the keys (box may need changing) and the access alley can be a bit intimidating. It was all fine but I’m glad we didn’t arrive in the evening

部屋内はとても清潔だった。宿泊日までのレスポンスはかなり良かったし、とても親切だった。熱波到来中だったので、2階はかなり暑かったけど、1階は何もしなくても涼しくてよかった。リドルという安いスーパーが近くにあり、良かった。駅は遠いけど、バスのアクセスがよくてかなり便利だった。

− 〇窓の外側がきたなかった。部屋の中はとても綺麗でよかったけど、2階の窓の外側に蜘蛛の巣がはっていたり、鳩の羽があったりで、そこまで清掃がおよんでなかったのは残念だった。〇玄関の鍵がしまらなかった。オートロックと書いていたが、閉まらなかった。外側の鉄格子の鍵がしまったので問題なかったが、鍵は締まるようにしてほしい。もしくは、ドアの締め方の説明が欲しかった。（イギリス人ではないので、締め方が間違っていたのかもしれないので）〇トイレットペーパー不足とレスポンスなし。途中トイレットペーパーがなくなりそうになり、補充して欲しいと連絡したが無視された。結局、スーパーで自分で買いました。足りない分は自分で調達するシステムなのかもしれませんが、無視しないで教えて欲しいです。（4人（うち3人女性）でとまりましたが、置いてあったロールではまったく足りませんでした）〇その他 これは、宿のせいではないけど、宿を出たすぐの小道の角でトイレ（小）をする男性がいて、一気に嫌な気持ちになりました。

Excellent place to stay for Family

The place is well maintained and it’s comfortable to stay. The location is great. 5 mins walk to West Brompton Underground Station. Bus stops are easily accessible. The host is very nice and informative. As it’s only the main road there is a morning open market to get fresh food and there’s Lidl supermarket just across the road. If you have a family up to 4, this is a perfect place to stay in London. Great neighbourhood too.

The flat is spacious and very bright. It is nicely decorated and cozy. You have everything you need for your stay, it was clean, and the host was very kind and quick to respond.

− The mattress in the bedroom is a bit uncomfortable, you kind of roll to the middle of the bed. The alley where you enter the flat seems a bit scary, but it's close to the main busy street.
