The worst place to stay without the owner resolving the issue is the worst. I wqnt my refund!
1.0NOTHING. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. EVER
− THERE ARE COCKROACHES WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR AND THE ROOM SMELL OF BUG SPRAY.

Good overall facilities situated in a not-so-close-to-IT-Park area. Cleanliness could be an issue..
5.0the residence is set in one of 3 towers and is equipped with good gym facilities and a good pool which i got to use a couple of times. There are some staple places like Bo's Coffee at the bottom but not many are yet established here. If you're wondering if its close to IT Park ... I would say depends ... if you're into walking ... its not gonna be an easy walk its at least 45 minutes away by walk so not close and it is around 15 minutes by taxi. So I would be inclined to say that it's not as close to IT Park as it makes you wanna think.
− Well I am into hygene and the main issue (which then tried to be corrected by the host) was the cleanliness of the unit. It's a self catering unit so I believe that whoever stays at this unit needs to be kind and polite enough to keep the unit as clean and tidy as possible for the next ones when they come in.

Superb
9.0Great location, secure with a gate and guard at the front and the bottom of the tower block. Could tell the owner quickly set up the bed as we had a late booking and buys wanted a chilled evening watching Netflix and eating food in.
− Not much to dislike. We only had the place for one evening before travelling so it is quite small for three. But it’s as shown in the pictures which is perfect
