10.0Happy to say, that is a great house for families and friends, the best max 8-9 people. Swimming pool great part of the day, perfect for kids and free time for parents :). Perfect contact with Owner, what I like. Also important like space for cars, outside patio... One of the reasons of our selection- location, not to close centre and short walking distance.
− I would suggest to refresh kitchen basic equipment and add wine glasses.

10.0Wir hatten das Casa Olea in San Pietro in Bevagna für eine Gruppe von Klienten gebucht und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und schönen Nebenstraße, dennoch erreicht man das Meer bequem zu Fuß in weniger als zehn Minuten. Das Haus selbst bietet ausreichend Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm war die Aufteilung mit einem Zimmer inklusive privatem Badezimmer sowie einem zusätzlichen Bad für die weiteren Zimmer. Alles war sauber, funktionell und genau so, wie man es für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig gestaltet und der Swimmingpool wirklich sehr schön. Auch das Barbecue haben wir genutzt – alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Besonders praktisch war außerdem, dass man die Autos direkt auf dem Anwesen sicher parken kann. Die Kommunikation mit Mauro, dem Besitzer des Hauses, verlief absolut unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und sofort hilfsbereit, wenn etwas benötigt wurde. Auch das WLAN hat während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr gut funktioniert. Sollte ich wieder ein Haus in dieser Größenordnung benötigen, würde ich Casa Olea auf jeden Fall erneut buchen. Klare Empfehlung!

9.0The property was nicely equipped with kitchen utensils, etc. I really liked the outdoor shower and the extra outdoor bathroom that was kept very clean. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was efficient and wonderful. I wish we had stayed longer. And we hopefully return next summer. There is just one thing that I didn't understand, there was no hot water choice at the kitchen sink!? Other than that a very pleasant place to stay.
