8.0the apartment was good, clean located in a good location. but unfortunately they do not provide hot water in the shower and this for a european is a big inconvenience. the hosts were very understanding and for that I thank them
The crib is ok. It wasn’t cleaned up properly, the trash can was not emptied properly in the toilet and in the kitchen!
6.0There’s almost everything you need except a pot and a washing machine.

We loved our stay here!
10.0First I like the European look of the buildings. When you’re inside the property, it doesn’t feel like you’re in Davao anymore. And second, the unit i rented was really nice too, this was my first time renting a condo, and it was a pleasant experience. The unit was clean and although it’s small, it doesn’t feel claustrophobic. The hosts added to the positive experience too, they were very easy to deal with, whenever i asks or need something, they were readily available. They also provided us with plenty of household essentials for our 2 weeks stay. I’m glad i booked this place and would definitely consider renting this unit again next time.
