Dirty and Smelly

− Upon booking, I asked the staff if they have an apartment that's facing Vin Uni and he said he has one and sent me photos. The apartment looked clean in the pictures so I agreed. When we arrived, we were very disgusted by what we saw - molds are in the bathroom sink and on the wall, the sofa was smelly and it felt yucky to just sit there since it smelled like a dried sweat - which shows it hasn't been cleaned, the sofa had some nail clippings, crumbs and dust - which means they never cleaned the apartment. It was just too disgusting and too gross! The TV didn't have Netflix either and the staff couldn't help us. I told the staff about the room situation and he asked us to go to the next apartment - by ourselves. Anyway, the other apartment was much better than the first one but still unclean - molds in the sink.
