− Erschwertes Auffinden in einer Wohnanlage in der Peripherie . Kommunikation nur über Email/Telefon . Übersendung diverser Codes für Zugang zur Wohnanlage/ Gebäudekomplex und Schlüsselbox erst nach Hinterlegung einer Kaution von 500 € per Kreditkarte ( was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war ) obwohl bereits über Booking com bezahlte Miete . Bis nach Mitternacht Dauerbeschallung aus angrenzenden Stadtteilen .
