− The back door wouldn’t open is the only bothersome thing.

− We called ami 3 times to try and check in early and we had already been by the house and knew it was already cleaned and ready, but was lied to telling us they were waiting on confirmation from cleaning service, all day !. Then once we called to check they said they were waiting on 2 repair tickets to be completed on the house, one being the back door in master bedroom was broken , both locks and we could not use the door at all, we finally had to move from the master bedroom to another bedroom because we didn't feel safe, the door would seem to open at the top of the door but was locked at the bottom, somebody could have easily broke in while we were sleeping. So it was a shame we couldn't use the master bedroom, so when they told us there was a ticket for that to be fixed we were lied to because no one ever was there to fix it. We deserved honesty.

− Maybe it flooded inside. Bedskirt had been tucked up where it had gotten wet, food cupboard looks like it leaked. A lot of debris in front. Back yard needed attention.

It was very pleasant, and absolutely loved AMI.

− Needs to some cosmetic work inside and landscaping. Also the grill was rusted.
