− 预约的时候界面并不是太清楚，以往在日本的预约基本都是一个房间一个价格，一个人住和两个人住是同样价格，没想到这里两个人住还需要再支付一个人的费用。预约界面希望能有明确提示。卫生间的放毛巾的黑色布盒内部有灰尘。

8.0Établissement bien situé pas trop loin du port (15 minutes à pied), logement propre et confortable.
− Pas de climatisation à l’arrivée (dur quand on arrive chargés sous 40 degrés !) et aucun personnel sur place, tout se fait sur tablette et application.

− シェアハウスの個室版みたいで、なにもわからないまま予約をした。古い民家を改造。駅から歩いて１０分部屋と簡単にはいれない。 部屋には、何もない。シャワーのみ。 なのに１万以上。 どう考えてもも600円以下でしょう。 もうにどと泊まりたくない。

6.0L’hôtel est propre et convenable pour 1 nuit
− Nous avons eu une mauvaise experience lors du check-in car nous nous sommes trompés d’adresse (deux emplacements SetOlive à Takamatsu). Nous avons déposé les bagages dans le mauvais emplacement (la porte était ouverte car la femme de ménage était là) et lorsque nous avons voulu faire le checkin, nous ne pouvions pas rentrer dans l’hôtel car nous étions au mauvais emplacement. Nous ne pouvions donc pas récupérer nos bagages à l’intérieur. Nous avons appelé le service client mais la personne ne parlait pas anglais. C’est vraiment dommage de proposer un checkin 100% digital et de ne pas avoir de service client anglophone. La communication a été très compliquée. Au delà de ça, l’hôtel est convenable pour une nuit mais je n’y serai restée plus longtemps !
Good stay but check the right location

− The location is very confusing if you look at google maps with this name. They have another location closer to the train station but that wasn’t this one. Disposable cutlery in the kitchen area, what a waste when all the dishes need to be cleaned anyways.
