* The view is amazing. * They recharged the internet package very quickly. * Close to many restaurants—you can easily order from Talabat or Breadfast online. * Feels safe since there are three cameras installed in front of the apartment door.

− * The bed and sofa look much newer in the photos than in reality. They were very stiff, and we had to put blankets on them to make them more comfortable. * The building is in poor condition. Workers came to repair it during our stay. Two days were especially difficult, with continuous noise from 9–10 AM until 4 PM (hammering and drilling on our floor). The rest of the week, the work was on other floors so the noise was less. What was most frustrating is that we were not informed beforehand. we suddenly found workers outside the window looking in. The glass is not reflective, and this felt like a complete invasion of privacy. The noise also affected my work otherwise, I would have worked from a cafe * The washing machine does not clean properly; it only seems suitable for rinsing. * There were ants in the apartment due to sugar left there before we arrived. We had to clean and track where they were coming from. * The main bathroom has a very bad smell and needs plumbing maintenance. * The peephole in the door was installed incorrectly—you can’t see who is outside, but they can see you when you approach the door. We had to cover it during our stay. * There was no quick response when we complained about the workers. However, after their work hours, they kept calling us repeatedly while we were already dealing with a headache from the constant noise, and their communication wasn’t helpful. * They offered alternative apartments, but the views were much smaller and the furniture looked older. The only real positive about this apartment is the view. * The blankets had a strong men’s perfume smell. Please don’t perfume blankets—it makes them suffocating. proper cleaning and airing them out is enough.

Beautiful view. Lovely apartment. Reception is helpful. Very clean apartment. Very comfortable. Comfortable space. Sameh was very responsive and helpful.

− Everything was good. I’d go back. I loved the apartment. But I needed a bath mat. I needed a small cloth to dry the dishes. I needed a wine glass. I needed a large bath towel. Only had small towels. It was cold in the apartment and no heater. The hot cold on the air unit only blew cold not hot. But I managed and used a blanket. I wanted to wash my clothes but I had no Laudry washing soap.
