10.0The food. The service. My bathroom. The spa. The artistry and knowledge of the bartender. The fireplace. The artisanal plates from Nicola Fasoni in Grottaglie. The pool. The underground hammam, which was exactly as I always had imagined the hammam in Qasr Amra. Everything about this place is just right. We extended our stay for two nights and did lots of visits in the region, as this was my first time in Puglia, but I can perfectly imagine staying here for a week and doing nothing.
