10.0페루자 도시는 산언덕에 형성된 아름다운 도시이나 주차 등이 불편할 수 있는데 이 곳은 마당이 있는 단독 주택같은 곳으로서 주차문제가 완전히 해결되었고, 커다란 거실, 베란다, 마당 등 정말 좋은 곳이었다. 전부 만족하였다
− 도심으로부터 좀 떨어져 있어서 우버, 택시 등 호출하기가 불편한 점이 있다.

10.0A very nice and spacious apartment in a beautiful house, located in a quiet suburban neighborhood. A huge and very tastefully furnished living room, a well-equipped spacious kitchen. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 separate toilet with a sink. A study with a desk and an electric piano. Air conditioning in every room. The beautiful towns of Umbria are easily accessible, and the highway on-ramp is quite close to the apartment. We spent a very nice week in this wonderful apartment.

10.0If you are looking for a fabulous apartment in Perugia, this is the one. The apartment is beautiful—very well decorated, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The bed linens are of high quality, and the shower is wonderful. You can really see the care and attention of the staff in every detail. Michela was always helpful and recommended some excellent places to eat. The apartment is also in an excellent location for exploring Umbria by car. It is situated in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ drive from the historic center. We simply loved it! Thank you, Michela, for everything!
