Hell!!! I demand a refund and explanation
1.0I had a very bad experience. A nightmare!!! We were not accommodated on the property. We were informed that the unit is not being rent out for quite some time. Rain was so heavy and i was with my 91 year old mother. People from the Brenthill can’t do anything. They told us unit is empty and they can’t even refer a host who handles the unit.
− I paid a total of P6,451.21 and got rejected. In this regard I reiterate a full refund of what I paid. We were forced to look for another place on that rainy day and pay another amount just for us to have a place to stay. I winder why my booking with you went through if the property is no longer for rent. Who got my payment then? I sent email to the Booking.com customer service and got no reply yet Tried so many times to contact the host and have sent numerous messages through booking.com page but had nothing .
Price for value. Good Location. Superb host! Thank you and will definitely comeback.
