9.0The villa was at summer 2026 brand new, clean, well equipped, spacious. As a big family of 10 adults and 5 kids, we stayed there comfortably. The communication with the manager was smooth & quick. The adults enjoyed the big kitchen and garden, while the kids spent all evenings in the home-cinema. We didn’t feel like eating out so the manager recommended home chef service (with extra fee of course), which was the highlight of the trip.
− Although it’s almost sea front, the walk to the next beach was quite a challenge for our 2 year old son.

9.0We had a wonderful stay at DomDomHouse in Ha Long Bay with our large family of 15 people. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated all of us. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was a big plus. Special thanks to Jay, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a great Ha Long Bay cruise for us and also helped organize transport buggies, which made moving around much easier. Jay can also arrange a private chef and meals, which is very convenient for large groups. One thing to note is that the house has quite a lot of stairs, so it may not be ideal if you are traveling with elderly family members or anyone with mobility issues. Also, there are limited food options nearby, especially around lunchtime. The nearby convenience stores do not display price tags, and prices seem to vary depending on the customer, so it’s best to be cautious or plan meals in advance. Overall, it’s a great place for big families or groups looking for space, comfort, and personalized assistance. We had a great time and would recommend it with the above considerations in mind.

10.0I recently stayed at this villa, and it was fantastic! The location is amazing – just a 1-minute walk to the waterfront, which was super convenient. The villa itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with plenty of room for everyone. The 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms were a perfect fit for our group, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The amenities were great too – we loved relaxing in the shared spaces, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay near the water!
