Lovely Winter Stay

1 Cooper Cottage was absolutely lovely. Spacious, well equipped, cosy and the view was beautiful. A close stroll to Bodiam Castle and The Castle Inn Pub which served lovely food. We didn’t want to leave. Stayed for 4 nights with our dog who also loved it.

− Just a couple of little things I’d like to change, but my personal opinion. The mattress could do with a good topper. I could feel a few lumps and bumps. The freezer could do with a good clean. A dustpan and brush would be handy. Also the under floor heating wasn’t working in the twin room. But none of this would stop us staying again.

Really nice views, the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. Nice bathroom with bath not just a shower. You can walk 10 mins to Bodium Castle and the Castle Inn pub. Nice area although not much to do close by other than Bodium Castle but we only stayed two nights which was just right. Very nice place overall especially being dog friendly and with the enclosed terrace. Well kitted out accommodation, really great to have fans as one bedroom was very warm. Hosts were responsive to messages.

− -The sofa and chairs in lounge weren’t very comfortable -The games on the bookshelf weren’t as good as we had hoped from reading other reviews so do take your own games if you’re hoping to do family games

Un cottage très charmant, extrêmement bien situé. L’environnement était très reposant. Bonnes recommandations fournies.

− L’équipement annoncé n’était pas tout à fait suffisant pour un groupe de quatre (manque de verres, huile et tablettes lave-vaisselle annoncées non fournies).
