OK location. had a nice meal at the restaurant around the corner next to the pub. we walked to Kensal Green station which takes you into the heart of London quickly. It has a manned gate which is great and made us feel much more secure. parking was easy and had a reserved space and the hosts contact and information was great. Also the price was very good for London.

− the window for the bathroom was broken and couldn't be closed. the shower door didn't close and the walls and units could all do with a bit of tlc. the price was good but the property was basic and just a bit tired. the TV had some scratches on it. Also the balcony timbers were rotten and I didn't feel safe standing on it. Overall it was fine as a basic place to stay the night. If you want a budget friendly place that is just for a night sleep it is ok.

There are Security Guards at the gate that actually showed me to the key lockbox, very friendly and helpful.

− We loved the stay and we'd come again. Thank you for having us, only a couple of minor things.. The glass table is a bit in the way of the patio doors and you end up walking into it a lot. Shower needs upgrading. Maybe an AirFryer would be a useful
