9.0This is a flat and was better than I expected. Location is excellent and the kitchen was fully equipped. Comfy bed and sofa.
− I found the hob and microwave instructions books a bit confusing - but got there in the end!

9.0It was quiet with good quality fittings and, very comfortable bed. The hosts were always prompt with their replies to messages.
− Dusty behind the bedside tables I had to pull it out to get my plug in, but other than that it was very clean and fresh.

Perfect location making for a perfect stay, highly highly recommended.
10.0This property is my favourite to stay at when I am near Birmingham, the train Station is a 2 minute walk and from there the NEC is a 3 minute train ride, perfect for visitors of the NEC. The flat is just what you need after a day of work, it is comfortable, clean and feels like a home from home.I do not think I could rate it higher, 11 out of 10.
