− El apartamento es mucho más pequeño de lo que parece. El sofá cama es muy pequeño e incómodo. No tiene cocina, sólo un frigorífico y un microondas. Hace mucho frío, la calefacción sólo en el dormitorio, la ventana del salón no cierra bien. Muy ruidoso, la puerta de entrada al edificio se abre a empujones y cuando otro vecino la abre se mueve la puerta de entrada al piso. La señora Lupe es muy agradable y servicial.
