Don’t think I will come back again…
5.0− I'd like to start by saying that I go to this place 2–3 times a year, and the more I return, the worse the service gets, despite the high costs. The facilities are beautiful and the beach is very nice. I can't write a very long message, but the food was really poor, and the staff (except for the ones driving the buggies) were truly unprofessional. A small example: we hadn’t paid for two hot dogs for the kids at the kids club, and they literally chased me the whole day for 20 SGD. The episode that made me the angriest was when, right after getting out of the shower, one of the staff showed up with the card machine and insisted I pay. I was still wrapped in a towel... I kindly asked him to come back later, but he kept insisting, and in the end I had to pay those 20 SGD half-naked — otherwise, apparently, the business would have gone bankrupt.
