10.0We liked it because it was very clean, well organised and it was comfortable and the staff is doing a great job. As communication is the key, they do a great job. Beside, they know their ropes well and know how to make tourists enjoy their stay! Good internet, nice amenities, adapters for all types of AC plugs, anything you needed, you could find. And a nice bottle of Toscano wine waited for us. We had a great time.

Comfy stay in a home from home property:)
10.0The property was excellent- a home from home. Everything was super clean and we felt welcomed. It had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and we were very thankful for the air conditioning when it was 32 degrees outside. After going to see the leaning tower we picked up a couple of pizzas and came back to the apartment to eat and enjoy the bottle of wine the host left for us. There was WiFi and English Channels on the tv. After a really long day, it was nice that we were able to relax and unwind. Thank you for having us :)
− There was only one thing that we would recommend the host improves on the property which is the shower. It’s a simple fix which would again add to the overall excellent experience. Thank you ☺️

10.0Lovely internal decoration, made with love and style! It is extremely cosy and has a feeling like you are actually home! The hosts are living in the same building, so anything you might need is just a minute away. It is completely different level of hospitality, we have never felt so welcome!
