Haus/Pool gut, aber Sauberkeit im Bett und Toilette schlecht
4.0Die Lage des Hauses und der Pool
− Wir mussten die Schlüssel bei der Agentur holen gehen. War Umweg, da es in Calpe war und nicht in Altea. Die Sauberkeit liess sehr zu wünschen übrig, indem in unserem Bett Haare von den Vormietern/oder den Besitzern waren. Zudem waren im Behälter der Klobürste viele Fekalien von den Vormietern. Die Reiseagentur half hier nicht und streitete diesen Umstand ab, obwohl wir Fotos zeigten und die Toilette noch nicht benutzten. Die 2 Toilette war ebenso dreckig mit der Klobürste. Die Matratzen waren durchgehangen und für einen Schlaf nicht gut (Billigware) Der Aufstieg mit dem Auto zum Haus ist steil. Nicht für jedermann. Werden dieses Haus nicht mehr mieten und der Putzservice sollte dringends ausgewechselt werden.... PS: im Wohnzimmer ist zudem eine Videoüberwachung wo wir nicht sicher waren ob dieses ausgeschaltet war oder nicht....
