Comfortable, affordable, and very charming
9.0Beautiful area, great building, comfortable room and balcony. Cafe downstairs serves great coffee and food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We felt very cared for during our visit. I would definitely stay there again.
− If two more pillows could be provided for the bed, that would be great. And for h to is who like a from bed- this is a good, firm bed. In the hot months, it will be hot because it’s on the upper floor. The AC is Vg. Other than that- it was all super.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Ederra. The cheerful staff welcomed our little kids with open arms and all our requests were attended to immediately. The room was charming, very clean, quite large and with great attention to detail. We loved the café, particularly because the staff was so lovely. Absolute recommendation for a stay in Panjim!
Basic rooms in good location- nothing special.
6.0Great location in the centre of Fontainhas. Smiley girls in the cafe.
− It is an Airbnb- basically a room above a cafe, nothing particularly special. No manager in charge- just cafe staff to let you in. The balcony can’t be used due to rat droppings and a leaky a/c machine. Expensive for what it is.
