Disappointing Rainbow Beach Accommodation
4.0Kitchen was well equipped.
− House required cleaning in many areas. The curtains/blinds had mould on them. The master bedroom smelt musty/mouldy. The couch had cushions that looked worn and had dirty marks on them. The outdoor setting had dog hair all over it making it not usable. We would not stay here again given the lack of cleanliness.

− Advertised with wrong sized beds. Place was dirty on arrival Mattress were completely stained aswell as all bedding. Coffee machine was full of mould. Dishwasher had cockroachs in it. BBQ was dirty. Overall was very disappointed with the accommodation and lack of care from the real estate. They told us they arranged for a cleaner but never showed up. Was offered $150 refund as a solution.
A great house to stay in with plenty of space.
9.0This is a great house with lots of space, great beds and fantastic bathrooms. The bbq was a nice little bonus. I really liked the whole house.
− I think it’s really important that the house is cleaned to a deeper level. The windowsills and blinds need to be attended to, plenty of mould around on the blinds. Just something that can be easily fixed up so it feels nicer.
Good value would go again.

− Only thing missing was a dryer. the property details say there is a dryer - there is not.
We all had a beautiful, comftable stay and would definitely stay here again.
10.0I loved that they catered for children with plastic plates cups and cutlery high chair, and even had toys/games there for them to play with
