1.0There was nothing to like about this property it was disgusting and hasn't been cleaned for months.
− The fact that I had to buy cleaning products to even attempt to stay in the property. Everything was dirty i even had to buy bedding in order to have a night sleep which was still unpleasant as I couldn't even risen the new linen as there was already dirty laundry in the washing machine. It was difficult for my kids to breath, we had to get family members to help with some of the cleaning. In the end I was separated from my children as they couldn't cope with staying in the property which then cause me extra spending to pick and drop them to my extended family

7.0Good size 3 bedroom house. Biscuit and milk, tea and sugar ready for my arrival. Bath and shower. Comfortable sofa.very suitable, for what I needed at that price
− Packing space was tight. Grass needed a mow, side gate broken, work as a cleaner, but magic sponges, would have got marks of on bathroom door, and dust on bathroom drawers.

The area was dire, and quite scary, and the house inside was disgusting and dirty, old bread in the bread bin, unclean everywhere, crisps on the floor etc. It was pretty apparant the house hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. Ands the outside ? far far worst, rubbush dumped everywhere, unkept garden etc. When challanged the owner said "we dont advertise the garden as part of your stay". Never again, got a refund and refused to stay there.

− The property hadn't been hoovered upstairs and was not clean. You couldn't adjust the thermostat and only the bathroom radiator worked upstairs. The bannister was unsafe for young children. The towels were clean but had stains on them. Not enough cutlery for 4 people and poorly equipped kitchen. Shower - low pressure and wouldn't stay in holder. Broken living room curtains Third bedroom door doesn't close easily
