9.0Sus modernas instalaciones, la entrada autónoma, el completo equipamiento de la habitación, la comodidad de su cama y que esté situado en una calle con muchos servicios.
− Al ser un bajo, se escucha el ruido de los coches y gente pasar. Echamos de menos una mosquitera.

10.0Está muy cerca del estadio de la cartuja, tiene muy buen aparcamiento, muy limpio y para pasar una noche que ha sido nuestro caso es más que suficiente.
− Por decir algo, el baño… que si te duchas se pone todo mojado y hay que gastar cuidado porque pisas y mojas todo. Pero no es un gran inconveniente.

8.0Byla na pokoji lednička, klimatizace a postel byla pohodlná. Na jednu noc v pořádku, a také cenově dostupné oproti centru města.
− Koupelna je součástí mini pokoje a není ohrazená zdí, pouze sklem, takže je součástí místnosti. Kvůli tomu je po sprchování v pokoji extrémní vlhkost a každý případný zápach (záchod) je cítit v celém pokoji. Sousedi jsou hodně slyšet.
