− Az ágyak tisztasága nem volt megfelelő, piszkos-foltos volt az ágynemű, a szállásnak dohos szaga volt.

6.0Per le nostre necessità la posizione era ottima. Essenziale la prenotazione del parcheggio poichè in strada non c'è possibilità di posteggiare l'auto
− Purtroppo la pulizia dell'appartamento è da rivedere, soprattutto il bagno è molto trascurato.

4.0Das man das Auto sicher abstellen konnte. Allerdings verlangt der Vermieter zusätzlich Gebühren dafür.
− Die Wohnung war sehr feucht, an den Wänden sind Ausblühungen die der Vermieter deletantisch kaschiert. Es ist ein unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung. Die Möbel waren alt, teilweise kaputt. Auf einem Stuhl konnte man gar nicht sitzen, weil er bei Belastung umgekippt ist! Minimalste Austattung von Geschirr( 3 Espressotassen-davon noch eine kaputt), schmutzige Gläser ….. Völlig unverständlich für mich noch die Bitte des Vermieters dafür 9 oder 10 Punkte Bewertung abzugeben.

3.0− Dirty blankets and bed sheets. Also almost 1 hour away from the Center of Rome. The blankets haven’t been washed and were full of hair.
