10.0Lovely centrally located 3 bedroom house 5 min walk to town centre. Very clean with thoughtful provision of tea bags, coffee etc. Very comfortable.

Lovely property, excellent location - short on parking if more than one car
8.0Location was excellent, only a short walk to Clonakilty centre. House was lovely and immaculately clean and suited our group of 3 perfectly.
− The only thing I would ask the owner to confirm online is the fact that there is only 1 car parking space outside the house. There is on street parking a short distance away, but you would expect at room for 2 cars so just something to note.

5.0The property is in a great location close to the local village It’s clean. Eileen is very responsive and the lockbox entry was great as we arrived a little late in the evening:
− The checkout time of 10am is very early. There was also significant noise from one of the double rooms as the floor squeaked and could be heard all over the house with the slightest moment. The downstairs bathroom has an issue with the lock so 2 adults almost got locked in at different times.
