− I have a review about the staff charging for odd things like stains in the carpet that already existed, following my stay, I received a large charge due to stained towels, which we did not stain. When I asked for a photo to show proof of what they were charging for, all I received is a picture of towels inside of the washing machine, and I could see no staining.

A lovely home in a quiet location with incredible views of the ever-changing ocean.
9.0Incredible views, lovely home in a quiet location on the ever-changing ocean. The central kitchen was spacious enough for multiple cooks and fully equipped . There were only two of us and our dog, but the home would be just as perfect for a much larger group, with or without kids.
Good to know
Guests will receive a rental agreement and a copy of the credit card authorization, which must be signed and returned to the property at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the agreement and credit card authorization are not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
For all reservations a copy of the credit card front & back is required if your reservation has any additional fees such as pet fee, late arrival fee , reservation extension or damaged deposit.
A photo of your government issued identification and a selfie with Identification is required to be provided to the check in host remotely at least 24 hours prior to arrival date in order to check in.
All long-term reservations over 25 days will need to complete the long-term lease, renter profile, rental agreement and credit authorization form and background check.
