Terrible
1.0Unfortunately nothing
− I didn’t like the broken sofa that was extremely unsafe to sit on as just falls through… the strong urine smell in the main bedroom, broken light switch in kids room, sofa full of stains and window held up by tape with a plastic bin bag over… honestly the list could go on. Definitely in need of some tlc and love.
Ok but unacceptably dirty
1.0It was very spacious
− It was really really dirty, it smelled strong like cigarettes, and there was ash everywhere, and the floors was sooo dirty, the couch looked like something spilled on them making it impossible to sit down. Kitchen sink had old moldy food
Very bad experience
1.0I recently stayed at your hotel, but my experience was very disappointing. The hotel was very dirty and there was a strong bad smell everywhere, making it an uncomfortable place to stay. I hope you will take immediate action to improve these conditions.
− I recently stayed at your hotel, but my experience was very disappointing. The hotel was very dirty and there was a strong bad smell throughout the place. The sofa and flooring were not clean, and the toilet flush was not working properly. These issues made my stay very uncomfortable. I request that you improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms for future guests.
Bad
1.0− The caravan wasn't fit for animals to live in, no lock on front door, seemed to have been broken Into and gutted out, the smell was awful, owner was rude and hung up the phone when I called to ask what was going on and refused to answer the phone again to myself, other people that had the same problems with his caravans and the staff of the park, ended up not staying and had to put in a fraud report with my bank
Poor quality caravan.needs scrapping
1.0Nothing at all. It’s in disrepair and need to be scrapped looks nothing like the pictures. The park itself is nice. But don’t come In this o e.
− There a list Boiler didn’t work when we got here luckily it was low pressure so I sorted it. The place is was filthy stains I. The toilet bowls There was no cups or bowls. My kids had cereal out of saucepans The door was dodgy I had to barricade it from the inside. My daughter developed red spots on her. Woke up next morning and the toilet iso valve was leaking out. It has a strange smell Around.
