Enttäuschend, ich hätte gerne eine anteilige Erstattung.

− Wir haben das Haus nicht bekommen sondern ein anderes, angeblich Fehler im Buchungssystem. In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab und es gab eine Überschwemmung. Es war so schlimm, dass die Dusche nicht nutzbar war! Nachrichten dazu wurden ignoriert und mir wurde nach der Abreise mitgeteilt, dass man sich für die Mitteilung bedanken würde und sich am Montag drum kümmern würde, wir sind aber am Sonntag abgereist.
