10.0Mohamed is an extremely helpful and friendly host. The house is practically new. Convenient and relatively quiet location. For surfers: maneuvering on the upper floors with your 9+ feet longboard in the stairwell requires a little dexterity. The Cathedral wave can be seen from the rooftop terrace. You have to walk a hundred meters to chech conditions in the Bay.
I can recommend this apartment.
10.0Big apartment, 2 balconies. Motor powered window blinds in every window and balcony door. Kitchen with basic stuff and fridge. Very good shower presure. Nice roof terrace with partial view to the ocean. And also we liked the bed it was nicly tought not too much soft like in previous Hotels.
− There is no air condition, so close fully all the blinds and still midday and afternoon it will be hot inside. But you shall be outside enjoying surfing or etc., so it was not an issue for us. And in the evening it get cold that we even used blankets close to the morning so no problem to sleep.

9.0Communication with the host was easy and he was very kind. He allowed me to extend my stay beyond the check in/out time. The hotel is located more than 80 m from the beach, and it also has no view, but it is new and luxurious.
