− This property is in poor condition! The roof leaks, drawers are falling apart and we couldn't use the upstairs rooms! Stairs are very steep 😞! No showers 😔
It could have bern great but the toilet episode overpowered the whole stay.
6.0Location, homey feeling and the style.
− Unfortunately a toilet had overflowed before we arrived. The house smelled terrible. Damp and a toilet smell. No one cleaned the mess. No electric blankets in the other bedrooms. The fridge wasnt plugged in which meant that everything was warm inside untill it got cold. The entrance was full of leafs and dust. As well as the kitchen. The lock to the kitchen door is problematic and struggles to unlock.

6.0Good location for walking to town. Cosy rooms. Nice fireplace. Super friendly and helpful staff at Dullstroom accommodation.

− Better commmunication about where to collect the key and how to enter the premises. We did not know where to collect the key and had difficulty to enter the premises. Did not receive the code to enter
