8.0A Luana é excelente anfitriã, a vista é superlegal eu gostei .O apartamento é bem aparelhadinho.
− Os funcionários do prédio não tem a menor com as pessoas ,deixam mães com bebês na chuva até abrir portões para entrada de carros , não tem maleabilidade para ajudar em situações adversas .E as regras sobre estacionamento do prédio também são absurdas já que o proprietário que aluga não pode ceder uso dela para quem está alugando o apartamento.

8.0A localização é excelente! O apartamento é bem equipado e tudo bem limpo.
− O único problema é o condomínio não disponibilizar vaga para carro. O carro precisa ficar na rua e por ser um local bem movimentado é difícil sair de carro e não encontrar vaga novamente.
