9.0The sofa is what we liked the most. It is very wide and has sufficient depth. My partner find it more comfy than the bed just above our heads. She even slept on it a couple times during our stay. Andrea has been very helpful throughout our visit. We can see how much he has put into this apartment by reading through the thick, information book.
− The fireplace-turned kitchen. I am 171cm and I had to either bend my knees or bow my head during cooking and washing. My partner is 158cm. She doesn't need to worry about banging on the head, but the platform is too high for her to cook. Other than that, it is actually a nice place to stay. The apartment does have a unique check-in/out time. But once you know the rules and plan accordingly, it is no big deal.

10.0Unique apartment with many characteristics. Many small but meaningful supplies were provided by the host: welcome breakfast basket, pods for laundry, detergent for dishwasher, etc. It took us 50 mins by car to Florence due to traffic and only 25 mins to get back home. The host is awesome with communication by the way!!!
− Wish the washing machine had the drying feature. Or maybe we didn't know how to use it 😕.

10.0Excellent apartment located in Montelupo Fiorentino, a very calm and pintoresque town very close to Florence. The place is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. I would definitely like to stay there again someday.

9.0We loved this little apartment was an old warehouse so had character , spacious living area, comfortable bed and was very clean. It’s an easy location to take train to Florence for the day. Parking near by was easy. The host have an information book which was very helpful, they provided essentials and snacks etc. Would stay again.
