9.0We stayed with 2 persons for 2 nights at the beginning of September. The accommodation is very centrally located in a small town on a mountain not far from Rome. The accommodation has two levels: downstairs there is a nicely furnished small kitchen with seating, upstairs there is a bedroom with a comfortable bed and both levels have a balcony with a beautiful view of the plains of Rome. The apartment is well furnished and clean. The host is very helpful and responds very quickly to inquiries. The stairs to the apartment and from the apartment to the bedroom on the second floor are both very steep and not suitable for small children or people who have difficulty walking. If you arrive by car, you should be aware that parking is very limited and some of the streets are very narrow. In case you prefer a "real" breakfast, you have to get eggs, cheese, sausage and possibly bread in town. The breakfast offered is typically Italian 😅 The town itself does not offer much variety, a few small shops, three restaurants, 2-3 bars, a small museum and a church. The surrounding area offers a bunch of historical places to visit. We enjoined our stay and in case we are again in the area we would choose the accommodation again. Thanks a lot 🙏

8.0Wonderfully interesting part of Lazio that deserves more time to explore than we had. Extraordinary views of sun rising over Rome snd the shimmering night lights. The Saturday night life in the piazza great fun, authentic , non touristy and very energetic. Everything we needed … including milk and bread there for a late night arrival!
− We are pretty fit and agile but I think the stairs up from the street and then up to the bedroom could be challenging to less able people.
Communication terrible, no water to shower and host dove nothing about it.
