We got to the hotel and they did not have our reservation through Booking.com
1.0We had to book a room last minute through the resort because our reservation through booking.com was not in the system. We ended up having to pay double the about for our room.
Besides the problem with check in and long waiting to get in to our villa, the rest was great.

− Checking in was bad . The counter staff was slow. We had to wait several hours before we were able to had our room available .
