Das Wochenende war sehr schön und der gebuchte Kurs sehr lehrreich, interessant und lecker.
7.0Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit vielen Wildsorten aus eigener Herstellung - sehr lecker. Besitzer sehr freundlich und unterhaltsam.
− Der Geruch im Treppenhaus, wie in einer Metzgerei. Lag vielleicht an den sehr hohen Außentemperaturen.

10.0La colazione è eccellente per tutti coloro che apprezzano i salumi e altri prodotti a base di selvaggina. La tranquillità della struttura, situata nei pressi del bosco, è stata molto piacevole.
− Forse un vegetariano non prenoterebbe una camera in una casa di cacciatori… ma, detto questo, almeno un po’ più di formaggio sarebbe una buona idea anche per chi mangia carne.
