8.0Property is in a beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable.
− Washing machine wasn’t working, to which we weren’t warned about before staying. Boiler was broken, awaiting valve, so we had no hot water for first day. We were not warned about this before staying. There was only one roll of toilet roll, we had to go out and buy ourselves

10.0Great views over loch ness and really well thought out facilities. We were sorry we weren't staying longer. Great communication and just simply one of the best little stays I've ever experienced. So clean.
− Nothing really. Wished the weather and time had allowed for a hot tub. If I can make a small suggestion, as Dores is 10 - 15 minutes from Inverness and the pub isn't always open, and when it does open, the kitchen often isn't open after 7pm, just warning guests of this would be helpful. Might even be a good upselling opportunity to offer breakfast provisions or charcuterie platter for guests to eat in at an additional charge. W would definitely have done this.
