8.0The property was clean and all the little fenced off area of the hot tub and the grill was going and served his purpose perfect
− Not that it really mattered to me, but the neighborhood seemed a little rough. I go to the stop sign to leave this cruises with someone being taken out of a house over there and it’s just whatever it just seemed a little rough.

10.0Everything was excellent! The host was so kind and wonderful to deal with. She allowed us to park in the driveway before our check in time and also let us check in earlier. I would definitely stay again.

9.0The location was perfect for getting around downtown. We stay here for the Laconia Pumpkin Festival and it was in a perfect location.
Clean and charming spot for the night
10.0Very clean, beautifully renovated and updated as it is clearly a very old home. They kept the charm but updated just beautifully. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
− The neighborhood left something to be desired but for the purpose we rented, it was perfect. We came up to go to a concert and didn’t want to drive all the way home.
