− Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. Rooms were a bit small but clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The heating in the living room was not working the entire stay and host was unable to fix it. It was freezing! Aside from this issue, the experience was good, but the heating problem really impacted the stay.

Apartament provist de tot el necessari per poder gaudir de l'estada sense preocupacions. Comfortable, espaiós i plaça pàrquing inclosa. Excel·lent ubicació.

− L'unic punt millorable l'estètica exterior de l'edifici tot i que és un punt molt personal i que no afecta en res a les prestacions de l'apartament,que no deixa de ser excel·lent

The availability of things to make it feel home

− Let´s clear the air: the property price was outrageously excessive. Won´t see us back in the property. The general state of the house and building were very to extremely ran down. The pictures provided are somewhat misleading. There were no instructions/manuals at all on how to operate anything in the hourse (the kitchen hob was fairly dangerous for strangers) The electric radiators had a fixed program and couldn´t be modified. It was quite damp and cold in the house the first night, my children were shivering. I reported it and the owner came and allowed for the radiators to operate manually (shouldn´t be like this) There was a water leak on one of the walls next to the bedrooms downstairs, hence we slept with a mouldy smell (health and safety, please); property owner mentioned it had been already reported to insurance... The children sheets were soooo old, had so many small cotton balls, child didn´t like sleeping inside them We lost the general power fuse of the house 4 times at night (rather unpleaseant) because of the electric heating and the dishwasher consuming too much power at the same time (very poor and scary). Property mentioned a new fridge is the cause...(get a grip) There were many other details which made our stay under-par, like one pan was absolutely filthy/black or one of the wardrobe doors wouldn´t shut...
