Clean and close to Batam Centre, and for light sleepers to take note of re potential sounds.
9.0Location was close to Batam Centre so you're close to the ferry terminal and some malls (Mega Mall / One Batam Mall / Pollux). The ride to Nagoya area was about 20 minutes away which wasn't too bad. The property was quite clean as well and you're provided with towels, instant coffee/tea and bottled water.
− The unit faces a night club / bar at the Pollux shipping mall and we could hear the bass music thumping through the wall late at night as the bar opens to 2am on Saturday. There didn't seem to be the same issue on Sunday night though. The unit is also partitioned from the next unit by a door, so you could pretty much hear your neighbours from the adjacent unit when they're talking or moving around. Lastly, the host could consider adjusting the ladder for the bunk bed as there is only 1 step to get to the upper bunk so it was a bit steep to go up.

8.0The room is compact but comfortable and clean. Location is near to many fast food restaurant, restaurant and tourist locations. Circle K is just beside making it convenient to buy things.

10.0I didn't expect the room to be super clean and super comfy. Good thing I get room with window, but I think they only rent room with windows. It was not that big, but not too small either. Enough for a solo traveler or perhaps two persons. The building was quite hard to notice at the first time arriving, but most of the local drivers already knows this spot so wouldn't be hard for you to mobile to and from the hotel. They have a mini market next door, even the receptionist will take care of your food order. Definitely will come back.
− The corridor at the first floor is pretty narrow. So if you bring your big suitcases, beware of the surroundings
